我喜歡這篇[改變組織的遊戲規則] 裡的這幾句:

"公司裡的機會是留給那些表現傑出的員工」，無論是公司的教育訓練資源、升遷的機會、調薪的預算...都應該保留給績效在前20%的員工身上，因為這群人對組織有80%的貢獻，也就是所謂的「80/20法則」。"

"每一個主管都是一樣的，都不希望自己破壞了自己親手建立的遊戲規則。所以當你試圖請求他這樣作的時候，你必須給他一個下台階，說服他這樣作不會對組織造成任何風險或困擾。然後你才會很驚訝地發現，你的請求有可能會被部分或全部接受。"

Actually I don't have any intention to buy this book.
I passed by the book store after I finished my lunch with my girl friends.
Suddenly, I saw this book. The title of this book is quite interesting for me.
Then, I got this book home.

The book called "Family Inc."
Some of my girl friends know that I have struggle in this issue for long time.
It's not a surprise that I bought this book.
In fact, I just finish the first two chapters. Still working on it.

But I really think it is a good book that I like to share with.
Most of us may have great chance to work in a "FAMILY  INC".
Here is something that you should or shouldn't do.

這本書的作者是寫Who Moved my cheese的那位Spencer Johnson,
就是誰搬走我的乳酪的那個作者,
我覺得這本書還蠻值得一看的,
不只是因為這本書用淺顯易懂的方式引人閱讀,
且他提供了一些實例來讓讀煮練習,
我個人還蠻推崇及喜愛的!

以下就介紹幾段書裡面我所認為的金句:

Present is What you already know.
You already know where to find it,
How it can make you happier and more successful.
Then, you have simply forgotten.

To create a happier and more successful life,
you should living in the present, and learning from the past,
and helping to create the future is not all there is.
It is only when you work and live with purpose,
and respond to what's important about the Present, Past and Future,
that it all has meaning.

就如書中所言,
我們其實都知道這個禮物是甚麼,
知道怎麼找到它,知道怎樣可以令自己快樂....只是我們忘了!
古人說:要從經驗中吸取教訓,從失敗中學習,
這就是所謂的"禮物",懂得從過去的經驗來改變現在的自己,並規劃未來的自己!

P.S 這本書的英文版我覺得還蠻容易閱讀的,
       且篇幅不多!建議可以找原文版來讀,並練習一下自己的英文閱讀能力!
